Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Our designs are made to order by our founder Rosie, meaning there is a little wait. All orders shipped from the studio in Sydney and our wait time is between 1-4 weeks depending on order volume and stock availability. This means it could be less time and we will let you know upon receiving your order.

Once an order has been placed, you will be contacted via email to confirm we have received your request and again when we have shipped your garment. 

Shipping Provider

For both Australian and International orders we are using Australia Post. 

Returns

At RUDIIE, we are currently not accepting any returns due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered etc. Our garments are made to order and a comprehensive sizing chart can be found on our website to help you find your best fit. This policy excludes any damaged or faulty items.
